We were all overwhelmed with sadness upon hearing news of our dear friend Sebooh Khudaverdian’s death on November 25th. Sebooh was a long time believer in and supporter of the Armenian General Benevolent Union and our mission. He was always looking for opportunities to support our ideas when the occasion arose. Early on, he supported his wife Ani during her time as the chair of The AGBU Ladies Auxiliary. In addition, his expertise was much appreciated by the sports committee, when he used his technical skills to provide repairs and maintenance on the old scoreboard in the gymnasium.

On behalf of the AGBU, we would like to sincerely thank the donors for their generous contributions in Sebooh’s memory. These donations will help ensure that our mission to promote the Armenian heritage and to serve Armenians both in Armenia and the Diaspora continues successfully.

We would like to thank the Khudaverdian family for remembering us during this painful time by selecting AGBU to honor Sebooh’s memory. Our thoughts are with the family during this most difficult time.
